About Us

Welcome to Postbox Bakes, where a lockdown baking project turned into a bustling business. 

Amidst my patisserie studies and a furlough from my career as a visual merchandiser, I decide to open an Etsy shop to begin to sell my bakes online, after some great initial success I teamed up with my mum and what started as a lockdown experiment soon evolved into a daily baking routine that gained unexpected momentum.

Fast forward three years, we've moved from the home kitchen to our new coffee shop and bakery; Spoon & Whisk.

All of our orders are now handled from our commercial kitchen, where our team meticulously bakes, packs, and ships every treat.
